Josh joined Repcon in 2012 and has moved through various roles of increasing responsibility. He was most recently Vice President of Operations where he was instrumental in facilitating numerous turnaround projects, contract negotiations, client relationships, and strategic plans.
In his role as President, Josh oversees each of Repcon’s client relationships, as well as the execution of each of the organization’s projects. He leads the Repcon team, continuing to fortify its established reputation for attention to quality and integrity behind every endeavor.
Josh is also heavily involved in the company’s sales and marketing strategy and its sizeable list of clients— a list that includes most of the refining and chemical companies in the U.S.
As a hands-on manager, Josh is engaged in all aspects of ensuring that safety is Job #1 and a continuing, fundamental core value at Repcon.
Josh has over seventeen years of construction, turnaround, and maintenance experience serving the refining, petrochemical/chemical, power, gas processing and pulp & paper industries. From leading the start-up activities of new branch offices to managing existing operations, Josh has been involved almost every facet of the business and construction process.
Prior to joining Repcon, Josh has worked in various roles such as Project Controls Manager, Estimating Manager, Project Manager, and Regional Manager.
Josh holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University. He is an active member of the Associated Builders and Contractors, LCIA, AACE International, and the Institute of Management Accountants.
Josh and his wife have one daughter and two sons. Josh enjoys fishing and golfing, and is actively involved in sports and community activities.
