RIGHT requires courage. RIGHT challenges complacency with “if it was my money, and my specification, would I accept it?”
Extreme diligence, care, and investment are necessary to ensure that our work is completed without flaw. We monitor work in process to prevent error and identify any non-compliance items for correction. We update our assurance systems at frequencies required to ensure the integrity and reliability of our work.
Each individual must be qualified and equipped to perform their specific work or core competency.

We concentrate our focus upon leading indicators that identify trends to help prevent anticipated negative consequences by making changes to current or planned execution strategies. These are identified through information obtained from field worker deficiency reports. We respond with rapid communication to craft, supervisory personnel, and crew huddles that drive an increased awareness to neutralize any heightened risk issues.
